Perfumes & Services

Question 1: What types of perfumes do you offer?
We offer perfume oils that can be used in other final applications such as cosmetics, perfumes, room fragrances, candles and others, as well as ready-to-use perfumes, so-called eau de parfum (EDP).

Question 2: Do you also offer essential oils for sale?
No, we do not offer essential oils for sale.

Question 3: Do you offer perfume oils on a natural basis and if so, would they be certified?
Our perfume oils are not certified but we offer certifiable natural perfume oils. We are able to produce perfume oils according to the requirements of the natural labels such as: Ecocert, NaTrue, Cosmos.

Question 4: Is it possible to buy allergen-free or declaration-free perfume oils from you?
We offer allergen-free and label-free perfume oils.

Question 5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for perfume oils or ready-to-use perfume bulk products (EDP)?
The minimum order quantity for perfume oils is 2 kg per type of perfume.
For ready-to-use perfume bulk (EDP), the minimum order quantity is 10 liters per type of perfume.

Question 6: Is it possible to ask you for a perfume copy and / or a perfume creation?
Our customers can request a copy of a perfume and / or an on-demand creation.

Question 7: How much would a perfume creation cost?
The fragrance creation is free of charge. In the case of complex creation, a minimum order quantity of the perfume may be requested.

Question 8: What technical documents do you usually provide?
We provide all the necessary technical documents. This includes in particular the material safety data sheet, the technical data sheet, the list of allergen, the IFRA document, the certificate of analysis (only for orders), confirmation of no animal testing (cruelty-free), vegan certification and others certificates that can accompany the perfume.

Question 9: Do you offer the filling service of perfume bottles and what would be the MOQ for a such filling order?
We offer a classic “fullfilment service”, i.e. from pure filling to labeling and packaging of the perfume bottles. The MOQ would be 500 bottles per perfume.

Question 10: We would like to launch a (range of) perfume on the market under our name (or our brand), but we do not know what steps are necessary to do so. Do you offer a “turn-key” service?
We offer you a complete service: from perfume creation to the selection of packaging materials to filling and packaging service (fullfilment).

Fragrance strips & accessories

Question 11: What is the particularity of the paper used for the production of the scent strips?
The quality of the paper used in the manufacture of our blotters is of the uncoated type. This is a paper that does not contain components such as glue, nor bleach, therefore a very high quality category of paper that has no odorous substances. It is the ideal paper as a tool for the creation and presentation of perfumes, aromas and essential oils.

Question 12: What thickness of paper are you working with?
For the manufacture of our scent strips, we use 300gr paper, because it represents the optimal level between the absorption of the perfume and the olfactory sensation.

Question 13: Is the pH value of the paper neutral?
Yes, the paper has a neutral pH value and it can also be used to determine the degree of hardness of various liquid substances.

Question 14: How should scent cards, scent cards, and scent booklets be stored?
To preserve paper quality, it is important to store products in a dry, odor-free place. Paper products should not be stored next to perfumes, aromas, essential oils or other substances with a strong odor.

Question 15: How long can the products be stored? Is there an expiration date?
Thanks to the hermetic packaging of the products with a special security film, paper products can be stored for a long period or even years without loss of quality if stored correctly. There is no expiration date.

Question 16: Is it possible to personalize the fragrance strips, perfume cards and fragrance strip booklets? Which technical options are available?
Yes, it would be possible to have the articles (logo, graphics, etc.) personalized.

The following technical options would be available:

– Color printing (no screen printing)

– Hot foil printing

– Blind embossing / relief printing

Question 17: Would there be a risk of altering the result of the perfume if the scent strips and the perfume cards are printed?
There is no risk of significant alteration of the fragrance. We use very low odor ink, which is ideal for printing on types of perfumable papers. However, we do not recommend printing flat in dark color.

Question 18: Is there a risk of the color print will blur when the perfume is sprayed on?
No, there is no risk that the color print will blur after vaporizing the perfume. We use special alcohol resistant ink.

Question 19: Can the fragrance strip holders or boxes be personalized?
There are different options for customization. Screen printing, engraving, labels as well as dome type labels can be used for personalization.

Question 20: Would there be a minimum order quantity for customized products?
Depending on the item to be customized and the type of personalization chosen, there may be a minimum order quantity.

Question 21: In order to perfume the ceramic medallions or the paper items (such as flowers), do we have to choose a perfume from your range or can we use our fragrance for this? Do you also perfume the items?
You have the choice. You can choose a perfume from our range or you can use your own perfume to perfume the item. Depending on the product type, we will advice you to determine the right perfume concentration and requirements for the perfume to be used. We perfume the product on your request.

Question 22: Is there a price list for personalized items?
Due to the complexity and individuality of each personalized item, we do not offer a pre-defined price lists. We are at your disposal at any time to make out a non-binding price offer fitting your need.
