We work with the following external service providers for hosting, communication and analysis services:

Hosting services: We host this website and operate the platform through O2Switch. O2Switch belongs to the French company group Zohey SAS based in Clermond-Ferrand, France.

Newsletters: We send our newsletters with the help of the French email service provider “Acymailing”. Acymailing does not collect or save any transmitted data. The data is stored on our website and is not accessible to third parties. Acymailing is a brand of the French company Acyba based in Lyon, France.

Calendly: An automated meeting scheduling software. This software allows us to arrange customer appointments (telephone or video conferences) in a simple and uncomplicated manner. Calendly is based in Atlanta, USA.

ZOOM: A video conferencing software. This software allows us to hold video conferences and online meetings with our customers and suppliers in a simple and uncomplicated way. ZOOM is an American company based in San José, California, USA.
We use the ZOOM software with the help of our user account in accordance with the European data protection guidelines and the latest security standards.
However, we would like to point out that ZOOM can also automatically collect personal data (e.g. your IP address) by setting cookies, which are usually transmitted to a ZOOM server in Europe (selected server location) and there for can be stored for a certain period of time. It is therefore advisable to object to this tracking before using the ZOOM software and to use the latest version. As the provider of the website, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or of its use by ZOOM. Statistics and audience measurements: The analysis program used on this website is Matomo Analytics (formerly Piwik). It is one of the few tracking analysis software that has been approved by the French data protection authority CNIL and is also compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” when configured accordingly.

By using the “PrivacyManager” plug-in, the IP address of the visitor to this website is automatically anonymized. The data collected will not be used by Matomo for any purpose other than analysis purposes.
